The Interim HRBP role is a three-month fixed-term contract within the healthcare industry covering Yorkshire and the North West.

Description

  • Relevant experience within a generalist HR/People position driving change across an assigned business area
  • Proven application of current Employment Law practices
  • Demonstrable experience on supporting with complex ER issues
  • Demonstrated the ability to lead and advise on cultural change.
  • An understanding of requirements of working within a regulated environment
  • Experience of delivering training and people related projects
  • Competent working knowledge of all system based tools, including Microsoft Office

Profile

A successful Interim HRBP should have:

  • Immediately available and can commit to a 3 month FTC
  • Proven experience in a similar HRBP or strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in analysing HR data and implementing actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

Job Offer

  • Salary up to £50k + car allowance
  • 3 month FTC
